L\u2019objectif principal des acad\u00e9mies de d\u00e9veloppement est d\u2019augmenter le niveau technique des jeunes athl\u00e8tes en fournissant un soutien technique pendant l\u2019hiver. Les 4 th\u00e8mes technique prioris\u00e9es sont\u00a0: passer &amp; attraper, placage, \u00abbreakdown\u00bb et prise de d\u00e9cision, priorit\u00e9s \u00e9galement apport\u00e9es par Rugby Canada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la p\u00e9riode estivale, le club permet aux jeunes U16 et U18 de participer \u00e0 des tournois organis\u00e9s par rugby 2003-2004-2005.\u00a0 Elle mettra sur pied le premier centre r\u00e9gional de perfectionnement (CRP) en 2004 o\u00f9 athl\u00e8tes f\u00e9minin et masculin pourront \u00e9voluer.\u00a0 Elle y entrainera l\u2019\u00e9quipe masculine en 2007.\u00a0 Apr\u00e8s une pause, elle reprendra du service et entrainera l\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u00e9nior f\u00e9minine en 2016.\u00a0 En 2017, elle fondera le programme Acad\u00e9mie et si impliquera \u00e0 titre de g\u00e9rante.\u00a0 Depuis 2017, elle entrainera l\u2019\u00e9quipe junior f\u00e9minine \u00e0 7 lors des tournois
